A $40 order became a $65 order with their delivery charges. When attempting to cancel the order placed just minutes earlier, two separate representatives claimed it had already shipped. I ordered flowers for. Mother in law. Got caught up in offers after order. Something did not register right, message said redo. I did and ended up ordering twice. User’s recommendation: Just say no to offers.
I did not get my Easter flowers delivered at all. I was suppose to bedelivered on th 3 of April to Tyona Smith from Miriam Turner
Coupon was not redeeming the correct amount. And it kept saying that it cannot combined with special orders. Which is all the orders. User’s recommendation: Do not buy from FTD. Always had bad experience with them.
