Data roaming

I could not understand the representative. Their English was very poor. Call got disconnected. I had to cal Freedom again and this rep was having a problem in their connection to the call. Call ended without dealing with my reason for calling. Very unsatisfactory service User’s recommendation: Stop exporting Canadian support calls to foreign countries.

Increase in bills even though I have a 3-yr contract which expires on Feb 15/22.

The monthly bill for the contract I signed is $56.50. Freedom has been gouging me in Mar/21; Apr/21; May 21; and June 21. User’s recommendation: Don’t ever get a plan with Freedom. Freedom ported my number to another customer’s account

Rotten service. For phone calls hours on the phone issue not resolved I am fed up you can take me to court do what you like you will never receive another Penny from me don’t use freedom find another carrier
