Trying to port my number to Fido. Freedom cancelled my number but they say its possible to port. Other agents saying it cant be. Nobody knows what theyre doing. Couldnt close account because my name wasnt on account. Junior was a great help. Hopefully Ill be able to contact account owner and things will be resolved or the final bills will be sent to her. I was trying to avoid any harm to her account. She will be responsible for canceling the service herself
