Failure of Fitbit 3 battery

Nothing has happened! I wasnt able to find an email for Fitbit anywhere only a ph no and as I live in Australia that is useless for me. Not sure what I can do next except never to buy a Fitbit of any discription ever again! User’s recommendation: Don’t buy a Fitbit in Australia.
