I sent an email through you guys 7/25/21 and heard nothing back from Fitbit. I called their customer service dept. and handled it directly with them. User’s recommendation: Be patient or persistant.

Versa 2 stopped working in the middle of my 4 mi morning walk. In the process the print of the watch was left on my wrist. Everything is completely black and the face is disconnected! User’s recommendation: Maybe!
They are supposed to send me a replacement fitbit. That was 5 days ago. I am waiting for them to respond. No written word as yet.
