Fitbit app not working need to fix it asap not fair to the customers that we are paying for something that is not working. User’s recommendation: Be more helpful on time frame of the problem being fit not just its our priority.
Just purchased a Versa 3, it worked great for about one week. Now, every morning, I have to re-set up the device as if it were new. Tried to get help from customer service, and got zero help. So I’m having to return it. User’s recommendation: Dont buy a Fitbit product! More hassle than it’s worthl.
I have been a fitbit customer for many years and just disappointed that my fitbit falls apart after a year of usage. Your product should not come apart by the hinges. I do not use your product for image. I need it for my monitoring.. Please replace. Sincerely Laura
