I have been on hold for 3 hours waiting for someone to reschedule my test due to COVID-19. This is unacceptable. And still waiting for my $30 refund. User’s recommendation: schedule online if don’t need accomadations.

Full Refund due to COVID #19

I called and emailed ETS and respectfully requested a full refund due to the fact that the testing centers here in PA are closed due to COVID #19. ETS refused to give a full refund.
