Treatment of employees

If you are a potential employee of this company and are looking to work here, I can tell you right away, looking for a job elsewhere. Everything is already expressed by the fact that the president of the company is "Latgale Jew" in the literal sense of the word - or in the jargon, a changalis with Jewish blood. In the company Buts salaries are very small, the management is only interested in how to settle down with European funds and buy expensive cars and houses. The attitude is quite terrible, you will see for yourself if your job interview will be in Quebec with the face of the company itself, Mr. manager, whose face always says - what the hell do you want from me?! Management's vision for the future is absolutely unclear, thoughts change every day. But one thing is clear, you can be a cleaner, an educator or a manager - but you will also be a salesman. Attract customers to all employees and as much as possible! If you are looking for a job with a solid foundation under your feet, then this job will not be the right one either, because employees rotate faster than the globe. Recently, many good professionals in their field have left the company. But if you ever go to work on a buts, then be sure to ask for a job description, otherwise you will be employed on all fronts at the same time and in the end you will not really understand what your job responsibilities really are due to the great chaos that is happening around.
