I need my testing accommodations and I have submitted the paperwork about three to four times. All they keep sending me is the guidelines and tell me I need to refill it all out again. When I call they just tell me I need to fill it out and make sure it is within the guidelines. I cannot pass the test without it and have no clue what I am missing. They are not very forthcoming with suggestions either. User's recommendation: Make sure your paperwork is within the guidelines whatever that is.
