Terrible service !!

I received damaged goods, spent hours on the phone dealing with people that did not help. Waited over a week for a response, and still don’t have the damaged product picked up. Don’t use this company

Failed delivery and damaged product.

ODFL called Wednesday night at 6:10 pm to schedule delivery the next day. I asked the women on the phone twice is she was sure they would deliver as temperatures where forecast to be 30 degrees below zero.
