False update on shopee package

I received my parcel today delivered by your courier. However, I cannot click the “Order Received” button on shopee because the courier updated on shopee that the delivery failed and that I rescheduled a date which is not true because I already received the package and paid.

Delay of receiving order

Laging po kasi di umaabot sa oras work time po alam naman po nating maaga nagpapauwi ung ibang company tulad po ng samin 3pm pero laging di umaabot, may natawagan akong rider sabi pwede agahan ng pagdedeliver para mareceive ko yung parcel pero di parin madeliver ng maaga. Sana madeliver ng mas maaga. Thank you.
