The delivery man want my boyfriend to adjust to pick up the parcel where he is

I just want to clarify this things, we pay exact amount but why we need to adjust. We pay for our transportation to go where he is. I’m really disappointed with this delivery man User’s recommendation: Don’t let this happen again.

Delivery is Super delayed

My parcel already arrived here in Cagayan de Oro hub 3 days ago but there is still no update if when are they going to deliver it. FYI I already paid the amount through my card. I sent a message to Entrego Messenger but Customer service is not responsive! Please be responsible! Thank you!
