I WATED FOR MY PARCEL BUT IT IS FAILED DUE TO DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Please tell riders to call if they don’t know the area or place they will deliver. I’m waiting about my parcel, but the delivery tracker said it is failed to deliver due to more attempts. User’s recommendation: CALL.

DELAYED DELIVEY – Past due date

Worst courier. My parcel is still in their hub until now and no update as to when they will deliver. Been delayed for a week now and never attempted to make the delivery. Very poor service. If there is a negative 0 rating i will gladly give them. User’s recommendation: Never trust or use this courier.

Delayed in shipment shoppee for 3 months. Delivery guys rude and lie. Poor customer service. They need to close down.
