I’ve never experienced a situation like this in my life with any travel company I’m going to citizen advice your not getting away without paying me a credit.
I have received no ticket on multiple requests for assistance from eDreams. I go can not go further with my Visa application, without the correction.

I booked a flight with eDreams from Helsinki to venice . However I booked the wrong return date, i tried to contact eDreams by writing enails, Phone called which went unanswered. Never ever will I use eDreams I ended up buying a new flight. User’s recommendation: Never use eDreams.
