I’ve never experienced a situation like this in my life with any travel company I’m going to citizen advice your not getting away without paying me a credit.
I have received no ticket on multiple requests for assistance from eDreams. I go can not go further with my Visa application, without the correction.

I booked a flight with eDreams from Helsinki to venice . However I booked the wrong return date, i tried to contact eDreams by writing enails, Phone called which went unanswered. Never ever will I use eDreams I ended up buying a new flight. User’s recommendation: Never use eDreams.

Until the last minute, there was no information about the flight delay to London. The delay was announced only when we already had the air. Time does not change for all bulletin boards.
