Even though edreams collected my money from my debit card, I never received my itenary or confirmation for my Chicago flight. Attempted to reach edreams for several days with no luck. Missed my flight since I was unable to get my paperwork User’s recommendation: Do not patronize edreams. They are not dependable.
I paid extra for my flight in case something happens (change , cancel, refund ) and i canceled couple weeks before date …. and i still don’t get any answer about the money …. User’s recommendation: No to use this way to buy flights.
They charged us for the flight tickets. Used credit file. Airlines dont have the tickets. Edreams is a fraud. Dont book via edreams

They cancelled my flight back from Mackay to Sydney NSW Australia without any other options. I had to pay an extra $1100.00 to fly with another airline to come home. You can’t contact them. Until the last minute, there was no information about the flight delay to London. The delay was announced only when we already had the air. Time does not change for all bulletin boards.
