Supplys always late

My husband has a Colastpy and his Supplys are always 2 to 3 weeks late. Now we are still waiting. They gave multi reason alone with multi different co pays. After paying a huge co pay and asking for immediate delivery. They said they needed for information from insurance. Always something. My husband out of Supplys. Still... Read more➤
I have been doing business with Edgepark for the past 12 years. Never once have I had a problem with them, never once have they billed my insurance co before shipping. I would never think to replace them. They have been good to me. I have an Ostomy so my need is important. Judy Horigan

Talk to a very easily confused customer representative Madison; ask for supervisor and a knowledgeable Jessica came on line. She verified my name and order and said I would be contacted after insurance verification. Total time to get to that point was 31 minutes. This was a reorder with original order 9/11/2019. The lady I talk to was to robotize , don’t hear what I said , and very unwillig to help .Sshe put me on hold for 15 minutes and then I get disconnected ???
