Flashlight battery not charging

Flashlight battery not charging when I put in the charger to recharge User’s recommendation: don’t buy their products.

The Lithium battery doesn’t seem to charge and I left it on charge for 24 hours when I plugged it in the plug on the side was blue and never turned green tried it again and the plug on the side of the adapter is red I don’t use the flashlight very much it hasn’t been dropped... Read more➤

Switch problems with X800

I have had my Shadowhawk X800 for less than 1 year. The switch device stopped working, in that it’s falling through the support housing. And it’s not on 1 only, I bought 5 and 2 are malfunctioning. I need replacement parts, please.
