Concern that EARGO was not going to allow return

Talked with man at EARGO returns and he sent a form for me to attach to a box containing the hearing aids. I did take the box to the post office on Feb. 24th to return to EARGO. Was happy the response and help was done. User’s recommendation: Don’t give up.

Worked as designed. Poor reliability

Purchased the first pair and experienced a failure in 5 weeks. I was assigned an Eargo contact that arranged for a replacement and for the bad Eargo be returned. PRODUCT IS A WASTE OF MONEY

I HAVE GONE THROUGH 4 REPLACEMENTS. THEY DON’T WORK FOR MORE THAN A FEW WEEKS. AT ONE POINT THEY SENT ME BACK THE SAME CHARGING UNIT AND THE TWO THAT DIDN’T WORK.
