Update by user Apr 22, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Right ear unit failed. Customer service rep (I forgot her name-sorry) went through some checks with me and determined a replacement was needed. A few days later the replacement arrived and has been working well since. Discrimination…free devices to the FEDS? THEY ARE ALREADY TOO DEEP IN MY POCKETS…………………………………..
Just didn’t do the job. Never had a chance to fully check out the product. One unit was defective and it took way too long to receive a replacement – at this writing 10 days have passed and I still haven’t received a new unit. User’s recommendation: Make sure you ask about replacement parts or products.
Eargo operator Sonny returned call regarding the replacement of water-damaged devices, offered support, cost and shipping information. New devices were ordered and the conversation lasted about 15 minutes and resulted in new devices ordered and shipping information confirmed via email.
