Dissatisfied with product.

I have had a poor experience with Eargo. I cannot regulate the raising or lowering the sound by taping my ear, or changing the programs in my charger/phone. I sent one set back to Eargo because of the same issue. User’s recommendation: I hope you have better success than I have.
