They had a system error and they took my money and never gave me a rental . They couldnt find me in the system but transaction is STILL pending in my account from the 16th!!!

Change pickup time

MY flight was changed by Delta to an earlier arrival time. Same number of days just time change. Required me to book a whole new reservation and charged me an additional 89$ User’s recommendation: Can not edit reservation!! have to book new one at higher rate!!
