Clarification and Dispute related to completed Dollar Car Rental

I rented a Dollar car from LAX airport. The pick up date was 4/27/2021. I intended to have to the car until 5/6/2021 and return it to LAX. Unfortunately, I ended up with a medical emergency as I drove from LA to Napa, CA on 4/28, and ended up in an ER in Coalinga, CA….
