Never rented a car they won’t reimburse me

Wasn’t able to rent a car,that’s after I purchased a rental via Priceline..they indicated at ATL airport that I needed credit card over my debit.. I asked for reimbursement so I can further rent from another agency…never received payment a email nor a call back.. it is now June 14th .. incident occured 5.am jun 10th..

I paid for a car IN ADVANCE and there is not one available

I paid for my car rental in advance, arrived as scheduled at ORD and no cars are available. How can you take my money and not deliver AS CONTRACTED? User’s recommendation: Go somewhere else.
