Fraud, Poor Service, Customer Ignorance
A US shipment has been paid for, delivery has been paid for. There is a notice from some company that customs clearance and payment for their services must be made. The contacts indicate iExpress Australia, iExpress Australia not knowing anything about them, it is their partner! Don't go to contacts! Their so-called partner is in France at all and cannot be contacted, all the contacts shown are not real and do not work! I can carry out customs procedures myself and I am not accompanied by any customs brokers, but iExpress forces me to make additional payments without leaving any choice.
