One More Crappy, Albeit Expensive, Product Purchased Through Dell Technologies

This is the second expensive purchase that I made in 2019 through Dell that has proven problematic: Sony XBR55A8G OLED 4K Ultra HD High Dynamic Range (HDR) Smart TV. This television cost approximately $1, 600. in October of 2019 and for the past week it has been acting up and shutting itself off. Less than 2 years old, yet is as unreliable as the expensive XPS 13 9380 ultra laptop that I purchased from Dell for approximately $1, 900. in 2019. The laptop was a lemon from the start, yet Dell's call center in India refused to replace the device. It was shipped to Texas for a shoddy repair job and continues to have problems. Now the Smart TV is going out on us. Dell no longer holds itself to a higher standard and focuses solely on sales and not a replacement/proper repairs to their more expensive product lines. If there is a class-action lawsuit against Dell for these products, I want to add my name to the suit(s).
