I have had no contact back from the hotel whatsoever! I am still requesting a complete refund. Corporate can not help much due to this is a sister hotel???? This place needs to be shut down. I personally called the health department. User’s recommendation: Stay far far away.

I have a complaint about the surgery department at Launceston Regional Hospital. 2 weeks ago, one girl underwent appendicitis, she tied her arms, legs, and did not give any medicine to soothe the cutting site during the operation, something in the back of the medicine and everything. the girl's legs felt but it hurt her that she even started crying.
