I filled out this form thinking it was a way to contact days inn, not leave a review. I called and spoke with the front desk, and they said I would not be charged. So far nothing on my credit card statement, so I’m happy with this response!

I have a complaint about the surgery department at Launceston Regional Hospital. 2 weeks ago, one girl underwent appendicitis, she tied her arms, legs, and did not give any medicine to soothe the cutting site during the operation, something in the back of the medicine and everything. the girl's legs felt but it hurt her that she even started crying.
