Resolved: No one pick up phone

Update by user Aug 15, 2021 helped from branch manager. Original review posted by user Aug 15, 2021 Every time I make a call to fifth third bank, no one picks up phone. many time i had to wait for hours and still no one pick up i had to go to the branch for any questions.

Money has not been received it came out of my account

Money came out of my account on Wednesday and my grandson still has not received said it would take 24 to 48 hours and I have sent Zelle before and it never took that long usually within a few minutes

Terrible customer service hours

Extremely unhappy with treatment provided by them last year over online transfers without any transfers put through!! Even after being a customer of theirs for years!!!!

Closed accounts for no real reasons except passing judgements and not being understanding to any circumstances and completely out of line in how they handled the situations still putting life on the everyday as I’m a military family member with spouse in military!!!
