Im not usually the kind to complain but two times this week i have been very disapointed i have been riding dart a long time gotten to know some of the nicest bus drivers really care about there passengers and some that r just rude last sun i was waiting on the 475 510…
15 years ago, there is a single one train delay per year even bad weather. Now more than one train delay even no service per week maybe per day.
This early morning Route 19 nowhere to be found. The other night same route, driver didn’t stop to get us and she was looking at us! DART is a great resource for all of us. Please don’t ruin our experience!
In light of dart’s new policies, the quality of the dart experience tanks overnight.
