Ebike battery for genze ebike 100 series will it be avalable in the future?

I have a genze e bike 100 series ,I would like to know if mahindra will be making a battery in the future for this bike part#of this battery is Sbo1-15**** or is there a conversion kit to adapt a different battery for this electric bike. Thank you Thomas Curran 645 ****

Order a part on 3/19/2019 and as of today I have called 4 times and the part has not been shipped as of 3/21/2019 and the tractor has been down for 3 weeks. Chris of Mahindra is to ship part today with tracking number.
