canceled after 7 days and they’re charging me 88.84. refused to transfer me to the escalation department and would transfer to a manager. User’s recommendation: please do not go with Cox bad service and connection as will. I would give them 0 if I could.

Bill increase

Cox offers affordable plans for new customers but continues to increase cost for long term customers. After 30 years I will be leaving Cox after they continually go up in price and do nothing for the long term customer who they will not let downgrade to a affordable plan. Update by user Feb 05, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. I settled the issue myself by trading my old modem for a newer one.
