Bad internet service

They have a monopoly on high speed internet here. No other options. They provide spotty service. Many outtages and slow downs. User’s recommendation: If you have other options, take them.

Attitudes and Lies

I have had rate increases and lies about exact bill amounts. I have stayed with Cox for 15 years as I have no other cable choice. Now I am researching Roku and also other providers for internet. For the whole month I’ve been going to technical problems with Cox a whole month and I let it go and there telling me that I have a $200 bill User’s recommendation: I will Not recommend no one that was awful never recommended a whole month technical depart problems no.
