Written contract not honored

November 2017. My number was deactivated, they promised to reactivated if I sent them id and proof of address. I did this two weeks ago with no response. A follow up email has also not been responded to.

Found Constar taking 1,49 € a min. for calls to the USA

As one other customer stated correctly, there is no working complaints process.
