Congstar and tmobile conspire to cheat customers

I was told I had to take out a 2 year contract for 5GB of data at the Tmobile store selling congstar. congstar told me that is not true. they said there is no difference between the flexible contract and the 2 year contract. there is no reason for someone to take out a two year contract, unless, of course they want to 'lock in' the rate. But, as rates are more likely to decrease over the next 2 years as opposed to increase, it generally makes no sense to sign a 2 year contract. congstar's customer service makes the situation worse. They won't let you speak to a manager. They have no complaints department. They refuse to cancel the direct debit. their customer service is horrendous!
