not upset with comcast, they tried to reset the issue over phone. they could not. They came the next morning for service and resolved the issue quickly and was totally satisfied with the result. No issue and we are completly satisfied with the service .
Costumer service representative was nice ! However I would never get them as a provider they not reliable! My last provider before the move was Verizon they showed up installed all the equipment and didint charge dime ! Xfiniti charge rental fee for modem and wifi router plus 100 dollars to install User’s recommendation: Avoide them.
