Got damaged products, no response to emails

I ordered some fragrance oils but one glass cracked and the oils spilled throughout the entire package. No response from colourpop

I ordered from colourpop and I never received my package and I contacted them four times with no response from them ever. User’s recommendation: Don’t order despite cost.
