The wrong order was shipped to me, but NO phone number and when I tried to email with the address given, it was a invalid address!!

II ordered my daughter a Easter gift,paid extra to make sure I got it by Easter. It came but it wasnt what I ordered! There was No phone number And the email was invalid! Email inquiry taking too long

I emailed Colourpop about my order issue, they replied and asked for my information so I gave them. Then they stopped replying! My order is not on my “order history” but credit card was charged so I need to solve this issue asap! and I wanted what I purchased!

Customer Service Sucked
