Won’t ship my fully paid for product

Ordered a palette on Jan 23rd. They promptly took my money. Sent me an email with a tracking number on Feb 6th. According to USPS, this package hasn’t even left the facility. It’s been over 2 WEEKS. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy from this company as there is zero customer support.
