Lousy customer service! Will not replace eyeshadow palette that arrived in broken pieces at delivery

My shipment for an order of eyeshadow palette arrived all broken in pieces. Colourpop replied they will not replaced it. Lousy customer service User’s recommendation: Not recommended.

Didn’t receive my package

Its been about two weeks since I order my makeup from there and I didnt receive it they didnt even send me a tracking number. Damaged item on delivery

Horrible customer service. Ordered The Mandolorian The Child Pallete and it came damaged on delivery! I emailed a picture and added complaint! I have not heard anything back from Colourpop about either receiving new product or refund! This is unacceptable! User’s recommendation: Do not buy from the online company, purchase in a store.
