They decided to cut off the internet service to a senior care facility in the midst of the shut down. Their only concern during this time is the money. After all the additional expenses to get masks,gloves,gowns,shields,paper products…..etc, had to shell out more to these guys in order to operate the facility. Call the corporate office to complain 314-965-****. But warning, they are rude there. Terrible!
Because of the wrong bill I called customer service and he said he resolved the issue and I’m all set before closing my service. Later after six months without any notice I see a remark on my credit report because of the payment due. User’s recommendation: ‘NO’ go for other services.
