Spectrum keep charging me for the same *** movies over again and I never ordered them. They refuse to resolve the problem.

I cancelled my service on August 16th. On September 1st, I was billed for the next months service. When I called to question the bill, they told me that I owed for a full month of service because my billing cycle began on August 16 and went through September 15th. Interesting how that worked. sorry this was obviously written after od nee on phone numerous times n not helped but tech they sent found my problem was not just disconnecting mine but packer loss at NID caused by my poor splicing or cable on to an old comms tie that wasn’t fully sealed/terminated…
