I cancelled my service on August 16th. On September 1st, I was billed for the next months service. sorry this was obviously written after od nee on phone numerous times n not helped but tech they sent found my problem was not just disconnecting mine but packer loss at NID caused by my poor splicing or cable on to an old comms tie that wasn’t fully sealed/terminated…
