I was cheated

They accepted my order and payment but refused to deliver to the preferred location. I was informed 20 minutes after the stipulated time for cancellation,which by the way is a ridiculous 60 seconds…thus giving me no chance to cancel. Now they refuse to issue my refund. Beware of delivery persons
