I was cheated

They accepted my order and payment but refused to deliver to the preferred location. I was informed 20 minutes after the stipulated time for cancellation,which by the way is a ridiculous 60 seconds...thus giving me no chance to cancel. Now they refuse to issue my refund. User's recommendation: Do not use the Swiggy services. They are rude and insolent.
