Cant fly to the destination and want to cancel ticket

The passenger can’t enter Seoul because of Corona regulations and therefore we need to cancel the flight from Seoul to Manila.

To cancel a flight due to COVID

Passenger is subject to quarantine in Hongkong after coming fr flight in Sydney. Cebu Pacific is not link to quantas flight Sydney to Hongkong. User’s recommendation: Never book again from edreams as they wont care when try to call them.
