FOR UPDATE

7months after processing my refund for cancelled tickets,but until now NO REFUND RECEIVED YET.The agent whom I called last December 7 already verified that he already cancelled it for 2 tickets and will wait for 7 months.I was wondering,already 7 months but still no refund received yet.
