Optus operators offer a new service in the middle of the month and do not warn that the previous service has to be paid for a full month and plus a new bill will have to pay again for the new service that was connected the previous month. We pay for June for a full month, after payment they offer without bidding on the new rules. From June 10, the new service was added to us, and June was added to the bill again, because they do not make remarks.Read more...
