Poor service, endless lying

Lie office! A package from Germany arrived in Australia within a few days, but here, here for more than a week, the package "can't" deliver, because you see the courier couldn't (the house door was closed or something), nonsense! When living in a private house, it is impossible not to see someone coming to the house. There are always people at home, deliveries have not taken place at all. And they only promise day by day that the package will be delivered the next day, of course it does not happen! We have a lot of patience, we will report these pigs to everyone who has anything to do with this company. Let them shut up!
