Hello! I would like to submit a complaint to you about an employee, unfortunately I did not look at the name, rude and even inadequate behavior. It was yesterday, December 22, 2020, at 7:05 in the morning, when we drove to the Oporto box to order food. We were the only car. A guy and a girl stood at the cash register, it seemed that the cash register was being removed, after a relatively long time ~ 7 minutes. The girl leaned over the window and asked to go around the other side to her, because this one is not good enough. Although I was surprised, but I drove. She leaned through the box a second time and says let's go again. This time we haven't looked at the offer. Of course, the second time I didn't drive anymore, because I had known for a long time and with this scratching I was already late for work, but when I said that I would not drive, she replied with such a "follow me, don't drive"and waved. Of course, there may be bad mornings, but the customer is the customer and the seller is the seller, and no matter how often I have had to visit Oporto, there has always been a positive and dignified attitude. So I hope this young lady gets a reprimand so that other people do not suffer from her bad omens and promising inappropriate behavior in her workplace.
