I came to the Institute of Dentistry with dental inflammation. In the registry I explained what and how. They told me the office where to go. I brought there my card, waiting for 1, 5 hrs. I was called, sent for x-ray, another 1 hour wait. I was called and said, "Sorry, but in general you had to come not to us, but to Cabinet 213."
