I hired this firm about my fathers will, a so called caregiver/ friend got into his finances and got healthcare power of attorney with me or my sister knowing, tried to take the money and run, anyway I hired Jay MIlls, lacy Presnell to handle this case, Jay Mills was assigned to me for this firm, he only dealt with my wife most of the time, rarely would talk to me, I WAS THE ONE WHO HIRED HIM! And signed the papers to that fact.Turned out he was only interested in the money and not the justice that deserved.He and his firm lost interest in the case and really were not interested in going to court, just to settle out of court and collect a large sum of money, jay and lacy were unprofessional, un caring and flat out rude to me, I DO NOT recommend this firm, biggest rip off I've ever seen.
